DESCRIPTION:
* This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia and Brunei aged 18 and above, except employees and immediate family members of Unilever (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, their advertising agencies and their immediate family members.
* Entries that are permitted will be via website, press entry forms and instore entry forms and must be accompanied with Lipton Tea Bag barcode.
* Photocopies of entry forms are permitted. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish but each winner is entitled to win one (1) prize only.
* This contest will start from 1 November 2008 until 31 December 2008. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
* Participants are required to:
Step 1: Purchase a pack of Lipton Teabag.
Step 2: Attach Lipton Teabag barcode in the space given.
Step 3: Write in your answer.
Step 4: Fill in the form with complete details.
Step 5: Send your entries to the PO BOX provided.
* This contest is divided into 2 categories:
a.) Category A : Grand Prize:
i.) Each winner is entitled to win one (1) prize only.
ii.) In the event a winner wins the weekly prize, they are still entitled to win prizes from the Grand prize category.
iii.) The entry with the most creative answer will win the Grand Prize. The judges decision is final. No further correspondence will be entertained.
b.) Category B: Weekly Prizes
i.) 3 x Weekly winners and 10 consolation prizes will be won every week for 4 weeks during the contest period.
Week 1: 20th November 2008
Week 2: 27th November 2008
Week 3: 4th December 2008
Week 4: 11th December 2008
ii.) 3 winners will be selected every week based on the most creative answer.
iii.) Each winner is entitled to win one (1) prize only for every weekly contest.
iv.) In the event a winner wins the weekly prize, they are still entitled to win prizes from Grand prize.
v.) Weekly entries must arrive before 5pm every Thursday.
vi.) Weekly contest winners will be notified by telephone and post.
* The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
* Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or without barcode will be disqualified. Entries delivered by courier, registered mail or Pos Laju will be disqualified.
* Winners will be notified by post. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
* All prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
* Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
* Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury or mishap, including death, caused by the use of the prize.
* Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
* Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish the names and photographs of the winners for advertising, publicity and trade purposes without further compensation or notice.
* By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions as well as the decisions of the judges by Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd.
