DESCRIPTION:
• Tesco “Register Your E-mail Address” contest is open to all primary Tesco Clubcard & Biz Clubcard members only. Employees of Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Tesco”), their immediate families, Tesco’s advertising agencies, program organiser, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
• Only newly registered e-mail address per primary Clubcard number during contest period entitles you to one entry for the contest.
• Supplementary cardholder and existing e-mail address which has already been registered are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
• E-mail address registered before or after the contest period will not be taken into account.
• Winner will be drawn electronically after the contest ends. A member whose card number is drawn must answer a qualifying question set by Tesco correctly to be confirmed as the winner.
• Tesco will contact card holder whose number was e-drawn via phone or mail. In the event that any such card holder is not contactable after three (3) attempts or if any the card holder fails to answer the qualifying question correctly, he/she will be disqualified from the Contest and the next e-drawn winner from a reserved list will be selected.
• Non compliance may result in disqualification in the Contest. An alternate winner from a reserved list will be awarded the prize.
• Tesco reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes of equal or greater value.
• Tesco reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
• By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to Tesco to use the winners’ pictures and/or name and/ or other particulars and /or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion of the Clubcard or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the winner and authorization from the winner.
• Tesco, its employees, promoters, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize.
• Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest.
• All details on participation and prizes in the Contest that may appear in all promotional materials form part of the Terms and Conditions.
• The Terms and Conditions are available in Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancy in the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
